Global organisation needed to introduce M365 Copilot AI to staff with varying IT literacy levels across multiple languages, requiring an approach that felt approachable rather than technically intimidating within a cyber-secure environment.
Task
Create a scalable learning programme identity that nested within the established brand, worked globally across multi-language settings, and was instantly recognisable while accommodating all skill levels.
The task wasn't simply about training—it was about transformation. Staff needed to feel confident, not overwhelmed. The learning experience had to be instantly recognisable yet flexible enough to work across cultures, languages, and skill levels.
Most critically, it needed to demystify AI rather than reinforce technical barriers.
