Global organisation needed to introduce M365 Copilot AI to staff with varying IT literacy levels across multiple languages, requiring an approach that felt approachable rather than technically intimidating within a cyber-secure environment.
Task
Create a scalable learning programme identity that nested within the established brand, worked globally across multi-language settings, and was instantly recognisable while accommodating all skill levels.

• Developed a comprehensive visual identity and learning framework to support organization-wide adoption:
• Designed approachable iconography – Created blue-sky concepts with connection motifs that demystified AI and tech without intimidation
• Built scalable training materials – Produced multi-language support documentation and simplified guides breaking complex stages into digestible steps
• Enabled daily coaching – Partnered with Product Owners to create supplemental materials for online training sessions delivered multiple times daily
• Analysed user needs – Studied data and personas to ensure materials resonated across diverse skill levels

Brand Ideation & Development
Building ideas for users to associate with tech, IT and Ai, without being technically intimidating. I developed a few blue sky icons with connection links ideas, presenting options and evolving ideas.  
Communications Protocol Development
Designed, implemented and presented practical communication guides for multi-office teams to use. Created role-specific mockups and visual step-by-step protocols to standardise processes and communications across distributed locations.
Morgan Stanley Copilot Brand Development
Created the final brand identity for Morgan Stanley Copilot by integrating Microsoft iconography with a distinctive visual lozenge design. This scalable brand system ensures consistent recognition and application across digital platforms and corporate communications.
