Staff required accessible, engaging training to build security awareness, but existing materials suffered from low uptake and limited engagement.

Design a cohesive learning platform incorporating brand-aligned visual identity, custom iconography, and comprehensive storyboard frameworks for animation development.
Action
I developed narrative-driven learning experiences that prioritized user engagement and interaction opportunities. By leveraging established UX patterns and behavioral mental models, I created intuitive learning sequences that encouraged positive shifts in knowledge retention and security practices. The design system included brand-consistent color applications, bespoke iconography, and detailed storyboards that provided clear direction for engineering teams to develop polished animations.
Result
The redesigned platform achieved significant increases in engagement levels and training completion rates. User feedback confirmed strong positive reception to the interactive approach, with measurable improvements in both initial uptake and ongoing participation in security awareness training programs.
