Working under the UK Government's rapid response initiative, I designed clear, data-driven guides for university directors and managers to help them prepare for NHS COVID testing.
Leveraging my expertise in customer experience (CX) and graphic design, I aimed to deliver clear messaging and visuals, using colour coding to allow for quick reference and easy understanding, ensuring the guides were as user-friendly and accessible as possible.
Result
Comprehensive guides were received with high praise.
These agile formats allowed for versatile NHS healthcare guides, helping universities with students pre lockdown.
