Situation
Urgent information needs to go out to schools and universities to guide them on Covid Protocol.
Task
Compile all information, research and data collaborating with NHS research to produce a series of informational guides.
Action
Break down complex information, to create a journey of information, simple clear to follow guides and instructions using GDS values and graphic design UX methodologies.
Result
NHS Healthcare Guide Pack for schools sent out to guide UK Schools and Colleges for setting up a COVID-19 test site on Campus. Explained how to use social media, discussion, guidance and process guides which I illustrated to be easy to follow graphic journeys.
Visual designs
Adapting and using the NHS illustrative guide set up early in pandemic, I created a clear easy to digest design, considering in the fearful environment, with process, media guides, how t handle legal situations and staff/student guides.
