Staff demonstrated low engagement with mandatory Risk training, resulting in suboptimal completion rates and knowledge retention.

Design dynamic, interactive learning platforms that deliver accessible, bite-sized training modules to improve engagement and educational outcomes.
Action
I conducted a comprehensive analysis of existing platform pain points and user behaviour patterns. Leveraging these insights, I developed clean, consistent design systems that reduced cognitive load while maintaining intuitive, actionable user flows. Through strategic wireframing and adaptable interaction patterns, I created fluid learning experiences that aligned with established UX best practices.
Results
The redesigned platform achieved measurably higher engagement rates, significant increases in course completion, and sustained improvement in online training uptake across the organisation.
