Cyber Safety training UX product

I led the design initiative for the Knowledge Zone, crafting the UX, UI, and interaction journey to assist staff in navigating daily cyber risks. I innovated the emergency direct call function for users facing public. This resource emerged as a trusted ally, providing reassurance and backup to employees across all company departments.

Journey planner and mocked up

I developed a colour code for each section, and pipelined the idea for an emergency button if fraud is suspected or the user feels at risk or uncertain of how to react. Built for internal teams and all staff for quick easy access and help for staff cyber safety
