Users struggle to find localised test centres with current system
Action
Prioritise clarity, usability and ease of navigation. Simplify the multi steps IT build have created. 
Result
Using GDS principles and human centred design thinking, I pulled apart the complex system of inputting data and rebuilt it, having to create presentations for Gov departments to see how and why I had redesigned UX and experience designs.
Collaborating closely with engineers I redesigned the interactions ensuring a quicker result, and seamless user experience. 
Health Site Finder. Presentation to stakeholders 
I designed a strategic rapid-response and visual explanation of how this can be streamlined for public use. Analysing research and feedback I pipelined the idea in the prototype for a new Glossary of terms and Call to Action links in plain English.
The mobile version was created to flow as the easy app style.
