NHS interaction journey design

I was tasked with enhancing the interaction, journey, and functionality of the health centre section of the app. Collaborating closely with engineers and following the GDS system, I redesigned the interactions for the NHS, ensuring a seamless user experience. This involved creating streamlined routes and user journeys for accessing localised health centres, prioritising clarity and ease of navigation.

Tasked to intervene and find a solution to streamline the location finder part of the app.
I collaborated closely with the coders and the build team to streamline the process from a 4 stage complex sign-in to an easy-use standalone section.

Introducing CTA's and Glossary for Users

This was due to confusion and uncertainty of phrases and descriptions I observed in research, I prototyped a Glossary of terms and Call to Action links in plain English for users.
